Refund Policy
The refundable security deposit will be returned after successful inspection of the returned dress.
Inspection includes checking for:
- Damage
- Permanent stains
- Missing accessories
- Unauthorized alterations
Refund Timeline
Approved security refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-refundable Charges
The following may not be refundable:
- Delivery charges (if applicable)
- Late return charges
- Damage charges
- Cleaning charges for excessive soiling
