Customers are required to return rented products on or before the agreed return date.

Product Condition

Products must be returned:

• Clean
• Without permanent damage
• With all accessories
• Without unauthorized alterations

Return Method

Customers must follow the return instructions provided during the rental process.

Late Returns

Additional rental charges may apply for every additional day beyond the agreed rental period.

Inspection

Returned dresses undergo inspection before closure of the rental order.

The security deposit will be processed after successful inspection.
