By accessing or using Rental by Rajini, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Rental Service

Rental by Rajini offers dresses on a rental basis for a specified duration selected during booking.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment
  • Availability verification
  • Order confirmation from Rental by Rajini

We reserve the right to decline bookings due to unavailability or operational reasons.

Dress Maintenance & Condtions

The booking person to handle the dress with care and only use it for its purpose, the dress shall not be altered, modified, or tampered with anyway also please make sure you do not perfume on it, any damages or stains incurred during the rental period will result in a deduction from the deposit.

Rental Duration

The rental period begins on the selected pickup/delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.

Cancellation Policy

Any final cancellation is not acceptable & the amount cannot be refunded.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Use the dress responsibly
  • Return it on time
  • Avoid permanent alterations
  • Return all accessories provided
  • Keep the dress free from avoidable damage

Late Returns

Late returns may attract additional 500/- rental charges if not returned within 24 hours.

Product Availability

All bookings are subject to availability.

In rare situations involving inventory conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, Rental by Rajini reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings while offering an appropriate resolution.

Intellectual Property

All website content including photographs, logos, branding, graphics and text remains the property of Rental by Rajini.

Limitation of Liability

Rental by Rajini shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or rented products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
